- Clinical Supervisor - Full Time: to provide direction and supervision to clinical staff on individual patient plans of care. Provides case management to assigned caseload and facilitates care with consistency to the Regulations and Agency policy. Must be a Registered Nurse with a minimum of one year experience in home health.
